After you register on Switch as a jobseeker or as an employer, we collect data including, but not limited to, user login credentials first and last name, employment & education history, salary data, years of experience, skills, and any other data which is provided to Switch.
Switch's App and Site allow you to authenticate and/or register using third-party social networks of which you may already have entered information about yourself. In our efforts to perform useful analytics, Switch may collect data that you choose to allow us to access using the aforementioned social networks, and we may then filter and sort that information to optimize the user experience.
At Switch, we use the data that we collect from you to provide job recommendations and to communicate with you, while also utilizing it for improvement of our product offerings. At Switch's discretion we may use any of the information that we collect from or about you to provide you our service, respond to you, and make improvements to the Site, the App, and our other products and services. You may opt-out of receiving future communications from Switch. You may change your preferences at any time by modifying your account by making the appropriate changes in the settings section of your account in the App or Site. The communication settings are accessible by clicking the link at the bottom of any email we send you.
Switch and Switch's management reserves the right to delete user's account at its own discretion. You may request to delete or pause your account by contacting us via email.
